The objective of IronMen is to disciple men where they are serving. The basis for this ministry is the Small Group Ministry Model including Bible, Accountability, Discipling and Fellowship groups and events where close, personal relationships are built. IronMen will focus on the mission statement and seek to bring the men from KAOG together for disciple building activities and identify areas of service within the ministry and purpose of Klamath Assembly of God Church where men can serve God with other men and lead people to Christ. All of our activities will be focussed to help people COME to Christ, CONNECT people in Christ, GROW people for Christ or leadpeople to GO and serve for Christ

Special Teams of Volunteers Meet to Serve a Need
Klamath Assembly of God Ministry Model
These are KAOG's accountability groups for men. Men in need of disciplship, strengthening, healing or discipline are matched into small groups with one on one mentoring as the focus of these groups. Following the Biblical model of the fact that we are to be our brothers keeper and not to turn our back but rather offer a hand up no matter what the situation may be. These groups are overseen by a professional Christian counselor.
Men's retreats are often the cornerstone event for the men's ministry programs of a healthy church body. Starting in 2008 an annual men's renewal retreat will be held annually. It will be a time to renew and rejuvenate our dedication to our Lord and to get to know each other more personally as brothers in Christ.
God's Word speaks volumes to the relationship between fathers and daughters: A father's most sacred duty is his daughter's protection and preservation from childhood to virtuous womanhood. Success in a father mission is directly related to the quality of time spent with her growing up. This new annual retreat is filled with quality time.
